This space will be used to get an idea of what Mr. Spang is thinking. I will try to update this at least every few days so that you'll have a reason to check back often. April 22, 2008 April is Jazz Appreciation Month! I am happy and pleased with our own Jazz musicians that are performing for the student body before school this week! The groups are really swinging! I want to also give a shout out to Kathleen, Toby and Trevor who performed solos and duets for the Stars Are Out at FQMS arts evening at FQMS, along with the Shakespeare troop. April 16, 2008 Congratulations to the members of the FQMS Concert Band after their excellent performance with a very challenging program at the Howard County MS Band Festival tonight. The kids acted great and performed even better! The judges were extremely impressed and the kids just sounded wonderful. Please take a few moments to read the comments from the judges posted in the Staff Workroom or the Band Room to see for yourself!
